Loop Road Upgrade

To those not familiar with this project, the one-way Loop Road is no more. The old "up" road is temporarily two-way whilst construction of the new road takes place. That road will then become a service lane to the lodges on the Happy Valley side.

The new road is an extension of the two-way Bruce Road up the Salt Ridge side of Iwikau Village (the old "down" road). The new road cuts across the corner of Number 1 carpark and terminates temporarily in the five-minute zone in front of Iwikau Shelter. When/if Iwikau Shelter is moved, the road will then terminate in a roundabout just above the shelter.
